DayTrip Workshop

My first workshop was AMAZING! DayTrip Society (a store located in Kennebunkport, Maine) hired me to teach them how to make a small version of my “Sunny Side of Things” wall hanging as their “Holiday Party.” It was a group of about 23 people and with the help of my friend, Sandra, we managed to teach them a pretty intricate design—and everyone had fun doing it!

Picnic Holiday Sale

2018 was a busier season in the macramé world and I loved every moment of it. I sold more this year than I did last year and I look forward to what 2019 and beyond brings. This year I participated in the 10th Annual Picnic Holiday Sale. It was a great success and I look forward to next year.

Holiday Gift Guide

I was featured in Old Port Magazine for their Holiday Gift Guide—a guide of 153 GREAT Maine makers and stores gift ideas for the season. Shop local! The first time my piece was published in a magazine.

Donation to RAICES

I donated these three pieces to the  Portland Yard Sale—a community shop-for-cause featuring goods from Maine-based stores, artisans and restaurants. 100% of the proceeds went towards reuniting families that have been separated at the border through the organization RAICES.

West Elm Wholesale

After my first pop-up shop at West Elm, I was contacted my the store manager about interest in selling my products in their store. Exciting! You can now find C/HILL products in Portland, Maine.

West Elm Pop-Up Shop

My first pop-up shop was located at West Elm in downtown Portland, Maine. It was a success! The first real moment where I was able to get my name out there in the public besides using social media or word of mouth to get my products in front of others.
